  • Shipping Rates & Times: Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
     

Returns Policy

  • Return Period: You have the right to return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please specify the item and the new size or color.
